A PDF may be scanned, or another file may contain an unsupported layout. Read325 attempts on-device recognition for scanned PDFs when supported. If recognition is unavailable, paste the text or use an accessible text-based copy.
Read-aloud is unavailable
Voice availability is controlled by your browser and operating system, not by the interface language. Install a suitable system voice, refresh the voice list, or try a supported browser such as Microsoft Edge when prompted.
