What we collect
Read325 creates a random anonymous visitor identifier in your browser. We record page visits, activity status, landing page, browser language, referrer and approximate location information supplied by our hosting provider, such as country, region, city and time zone. If you send feedback, we store your rating, recommendation choice, comment, interface language and approximate country.
Guest reading
In Guest mode, pasted text, local PDF reading content, preferences, progress and private flashcard-learning signals are kept in your browser unless a feature clearly says otherwise. You can clear this data through your browser’s site-data settings.
Signed-in reading
If you choose Full Access, Read325 receives your ChatGPT account email and display name and stores the documents, reading positions, notes, highlights, bookmarks and learning work that you choose to save to your private library. You can remove individual documents from the library.
AI and voice features
Learning tools use the text you provide to create source-grounded summaries and flashcards. Read325 prefers supported private, on-device browser capabilities and provides a local fallback. Read-aloud uses voices supplied by your operating system or browser, so availability varies by device.
Promotional content
The Featured video may link to a university, college, library or another sponsor. Opening an external promotion takes you to that organization’s site, where its own privacy practices apply.
Choices and questions
You may use Read325 without signing in, minimize the Featured panel, avoid submitting feedback, remove saved documents and clear browser storage. For privacy questions or a data request, use the Support page and include enough detail for the request to be identified.
